Ending the Silence Presenter Training

Ending the Silence is NAMI’s new in-school presentation program. We are now recruiting youth presenters age 18-30, who are living well with a mental illness or mental health disorder and lead presenters 18+ who are either living with a mental illness or who have a family member living with a mental illness.

Notes: Registration is required for this free training. Register to take the online portion and we will contact you to follow up with training instructions.

NAMI Missouri Annual Meeting and Conference

The NAMI Missouri Annual Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020.

Don’t miss your opportunity to vote for board representatives, weigh in on proposed bylaws changes and learn what NAMI Missouri is planning for 2021 and beyond. There is no charge to attend this online-only event, but registration is required. Zoom links and log in information will be emailed out to registered participants one week prior to the event.

Family and Friends Presentation

NAMI Family & Friends is a free 90-minute or 4-hour seminar that informs people who have loved ones with a mental health condition how to best support them. It’s also an opportunity to meet other people in similar situations and gain community support. The seminar is led by trained presenters with lived experience of supporting a family member with a mental health condition. More information available on the NAMI Missouri Family and Friends Page.

Notes: Advance registration is required. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for this free 6-hour course, however, you must attend the entire course to qualify for CEUs.
